Refurbished and
Reconditioned Tanks
The tanks undergo a careful and specific reconditioning process to restore their original efficiency and characteristics.
We collect the tank from your company or from its current location and we transport it to our workshop to carry out the reconditioning process.
The tank is fully dismantled, with the parts where the corrosive action of atmospheric agents is most evident fully restored, while parts affected by rust are subjected to a scraping process, through the abrasion of the affected areas, thus eliminating any rust stains produced by time, humidity and atmospheric agents.
The reconditioning process involves replacing the support platform with a new one, brushing the anchoring areas, replacing the coating if deteriorated or perforated, applying new anchoring brackets, dowels, fixing screws and, if the model provides for it, taps or valves according to the specific use of the tank.
The reconditioned tanks are subjected to a visual technical examination by a specialised operator who certifies that it has been professionally reconditioned by labelling it with an adhesive with the words “RECONDITIONED TANK”.
